The hotel had kind personnel at the reception desk. I booked a clean and immaculate room with a private bathroom. the location, which was 25 km from the airport, was marvelous and unbeatable. It was the best place to stay to enjoy a fairly nice area.

Excellent location in central Madrid about 100m from the metro. Though the toilet was shared, it was extremely clean. The room too was spotlessly clean and pleasant.
English isn't understood too well, but communication was not an issue. Will strongly recommend.

Convenient amenity of having a fridge and microwave in the rooms 🍽️. the friendly staff at the front desk and the room are both tastefully decorated and well-equipped. Situated near supermarkets, Plaza Mayor, and a charming pedestrian street.

Cozy little hostel. Single room with shower inside. Perfect location in less than a minute walk from Gran Via metro and all main attractions are reachable by foot.

Great location and easy to find. Right off of one of the metro stops and close to the main attractions. Very clean. Friendly staff even though she didn't speak English. Didn't hear any street noise so it was easy to get a good nights sleep.
It is on the 4th floor and the elevator wasn't working. Not so fun to walk up all those stairs when you have heavy bags. Also, the bathroom was very small.
